The powered vehicles on the place are widely used in all areas of modernization construction, playing a more and more important role. However,due to various kinds of powered vehicles on the place, and greatly difficult in supervision, they can cause many casualties and economic losses each year.Many experts and scholars researched on the theories and methods of their safety evaluation and management. But the studies were limited to evaluate their security and risk degree, lacking of further in-depth study, so the effects were not significant. Therefore, this paper was devoted to research on the integrity evaluation theories and methods in-depth based on the powered vehicles on the place. According to applications of integrity evaluation in other fields, this paper analyzed its theory and method in depth, mastered the common points between its core theory and the corresponding evaluation objects, studied the integrity evaluation method of mechanical products, expecting find out scientific and effective supervision measures to the powered vehicles on the place. While,ensuring maximum the personal and property safety of the relevant personnel.In this paper, the study of the integrity evaluation of the powered vehicles on the place mainly included two parts, they were risk evaluation and fatigue life analysis of main systems and components. Through the study of the integrity evaluation, mastered their safe condition and life stage to lay the foundation for putting forward the targeted maintenance measures in the next step.For the risk analysis of the forklifts, this paper identified and confirmed related risk factors on the first place to establish the hierarchical evaluation index system. When determined the weight of each index, using a method of improved analytic hierarchy process which applied optimal transfer matrix.When determined the expert weight, this paper made full use of experts' evaluation accuracy as a priori information, while, considering joint degree that one expert grading relative to the expert group. Afterwards, using the expert weight to modify the initial evaluation matrix, then combined the calculated weight of each index, to weight integration to the initial evaluation matrix.Starting from the specific indicators, from down to up in layers of recursive iteration. Finally, comprehensive evaluation values of forklifts and their main systems would be achieved. When sorting the risk value of forklifts main systems, the set pair analysis theory was introduced so as to the interval numbers were transferred into contact numbers, achieving the purpose of uncertainty analysis for sorting.The given risk evaluation above to the forklifts, which just showed the risk state of forklifts each system or component. But the situations were not clear that its specific life running at which stage and how long they could continue to use. Therefore, it was necessary to analyze the fatigue life to the forklifts each system or component. So, this paper analyzed torsion bar spring's fatigue life which has influence on the characteristics of forklifts operation stability and driver ride comfort, so as to determine its life stage. According to the different evaluation results, the corresponding maintenance measures were put forward.In view of the different maintenance scheme selection problem, a quantitative maintenance mode selection model was presented. In this model,considering the reliability, maintainability, economy and efficiency of the maintenance, when sorting the comprehensive evaluation value of each scheme,this paper used a possibility degree method, looking forward to the final optimal decision scheme was more objective and reasonable. To verify the applicability and validity of the model, this paper took hydraulic gear pump as an example to carry on the practical application. The hydraulic gear pump that has high using frequency, high load, and can influence forklifts work safety.Actual applications showed that the research method this paper suggested was effective. By means of integrity evaluation of forklifts, and took follow up measures that targeted maintenance, which could ensure the forklifts completed tasks safely, quickly and efficiently to the utmost, so as to raise forklifts' integrity level and do our best to protect people's lives and property security.
