Because of fast speed,comfortability and safety,metro has become the most popular means of transportation for people to go out.With the development of modern manufacturing technology,the number of metro vehicles has increased year by year.How to carry out the maintenance work of metro vehicles scientifically and efficiently has become a problem that plagues major metro companies.At present,the maintenance work of metro vehicles is still dominated by regular maintenance,which will inevitably lead to the phenomenon of "over-repair" and "under-repair".How to formulate a reasonable maintenance plan for metro vehicles so that preventive maintenance can be carried out before the vehicle breaks down is put on the agenda.Therefore,this paper has launched a research on preventive maintenance decision,and it combined with the failure data of a Type B car provided by a metro company as an example calculation.The main research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics of metro vehicle fault maintenance data,and it uses the MLE method and K-S test method to calculate the reliability characteristics of metro components,and it obtains the distribution type of its initial life.In this paper,the reliability characteristics are substituted into the preventive maintenance decision model,and the preventive maintenance decision model is obtained.The model is constrained by the maintenance interval and the remaining life threshold,and it takes the minimum average maintenance cost as the goal.This paper also verifies the feasibility of the decision model through the analysis of a numerical example.(2)This paper uses a combination of a decreasing service age factor and an increasing failure rate factor to describe the degradation process of vehicle components.Aiming at the failure mode that requires staged maintenance during the actual operation of the metro,this paper establishes a preventive maintenance decision model that considers the maintenance effect.The model is constrained by reliability and preventive maintenance thresholds,and it takes the minimum average maintenance cost as the goal.This paper also verifies the feasibility of the decision model through the analysis of a numerical example.(3)This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the importance of metro vehicle maintenance.From the perspective of reliability,maintainability and economy,the system analyzes the factors affecting the maintenance importance of each component of the metro vehicle system.In this paper,AHP-entropy weight method is used to determine the index combination weight.The paper uses the variable fuzzy set method to quantify and qualitatively evaluate the language,and it constructs the maintenance importance level of metro vehicle components.Finally,this paper determines the optimal preventive maintenance threshold according to the classification.This paper also verifies the feasibility of the decision model through the analysis of a numerical example.(4)This paper uses C# language to design and develop a preventive maintenance decision system for rail vehicles.The system has multiple functions such as system management,data management,reliability analysis and maintenance decision making,and it provides an assistance for fault data management and maintenance of metro vehicle systems. |
