At present, the number of private car ownership is increasing year by year in China which brings the consequence of the lack of parking spaces, so it makes the parking problem has become the main burden of city traffic.Mechanical parking equipment, which has the advantages of more vehicles parked in the same area of land resources and alleviate the problem of insufficient parking space effectively so that it has broad prospects for development in China. In order to promote the development of parking equipment in our country, many experts has put into the design and research of three-dimensional parking system.In this paper, taking the 10 module layers and 38 parking spaces vertical lift parking equipment as a research object, the simulation and analysis are carried out to the parking. On the basis of them, the CAD/CAE simulation analysis system software of vertical lift parking equipment is established through parametric modeling, it can provide an important reference value for the design of vertical lift parking equipment. The main research contents include the following aspects:1)First, after the simplification of the parking plane model with a high indeterminate number, hierarchical method and D value method are used to calculate the axial force and bending moment of model and then the stress and displacement are obtained. Second, using ANSYS to establish the spatial model of the three-dimensional parking for finite element calculation, the corresponding stress and displacement are also obtained. Third, mapping model is established to reflect the calculation results of the plane model and space model calculation results of constitutive relation mode using support vector machine. Last, through the comparison of the three kinds of model calculation results, it can found that calculation results of the plane model are very different from the results of the space model but the results calculated by the mapping model are very close to the results calculated by the spatial model.2) According to the requirement of structural seismic design code, seismicanalysis of steel structure of parking is carried out by using most representative spectral analysis and time analysis methods in the present seismic calculation method. By comparing the results calculated by the two methods, the feasibility and consistency of two methods in the seismic design of the parking are verified.3) Using C# programming language for the secondary development which based on Solid Works 3D modeling software, it can realize the variable modeling of three dimensional model of parking, and then the three-dimensional model is converted into two-dimensional engineering drawings and to facilitate the practical engineering application4) Using C# programming language as the development platform and WPF as the interface design tool, it can accomplish the development of visual CAD/CAE modeling simulation and analysis platform about the parking.5) According to the requirement of vehicle storage diversification, the chain traction hook translation mechanism is studied and designed to satisfy the requirement. When the design is completed, the static and fatigue analysis of the chain and the hook is carried out to ensure that the mechanism can meet the design requirements.The innovation of paper is mainly reflected in the following three points: 1)The mapping model of complex steel structure is established by the training of small sample data based on the nonlinear mapping ability of support vector machine, after getting the results of the prediction, the comparison are carried out between them and the prediction results of neural network, so the superiority of the support vector machine to the training of small data is verified. 2) The variable design of three dimensional model of parking is realized based on secondary development of SolidWorks by C#; also, the automatic conversion of3 D model to 2D engineering drawings is implemented through C#. 3) By using C# programming language, the development and integration of the CAD/CAE simulation and analysis system software of parking is realized.
