In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy in our country,the living standards of the people have greatliy.As a convenient means of transport,the car is entering more and more families.With the growth of private cars,the problems of urban traffic congestion and parking are also becoming more and more serious.For these problems,various types of mechanical tridimensional parking equipment have emerged on the market.Because of it's a limited area,high space utilization,flexible layout,and high level automation,this parking equipment has received more and more attention from people's concern.This paper introduced the types and application characteristics of the nine types of mechanical tridimensional parking equipment on the market.The application scope of the research object combined with this topic is the commercial area in the downtown area.In the end,the paper decides to use the vertical elevating parking equipment as the research object.First of all,Analysis from the floor space,working principle,and structural composition,three-dimensional modeling of the main steel frame structure,lifting system and traverse system with Slidworks2017,and completed the overall assembly.The main components of the lift motor,wire rope,traction wheel,traverse motor,chain and sprocket were analyzed and calculated and partially checked.Secondly,used the finite element analysis software ANSYS15.0 to complete the static analysis and stiffness analysis of the main steel frame,transverse beam,transverse drive shaft,lifting platform and loading plate of the vertical elevating parking equipment are carried out under different working conditions.At the same time,modal analysis was performed on the main steel frame of the equipment.Finally,the access strategy of the vertical elevating parking equipment studied in this paper is analyzed.This paper established the spending time modeling of this parking system about the taking cars priority and the in-suit reset strategy two kinds of access strategies.The model was simulated using MATLAB software.
