In recent years, with the rapid development of the world economy, the global warming caused by the greenhouse gas mainly composed of carbon dioxide has become increasingly serious. The manufacturing industry is the foundation of our national economy, but the manufacturing industry of our country is the quantity and price advantage to win, and prominent in energy consumption and carbon emissions, it can be said that China’s GDP growth is at the cost of great environmental pollution and waste of resources. In view of China’s machinery manufacturing industry with high energy consumption, high pollution, high emission characteristics, quantifing product carbon emission in manufacturing process and exploring a method that how to control and Optimize product carbon emission in manufacturing process is of great significance to China’s machinery manufacturing industry for achieving low carbon transition and breaking the carbon tariff trade barriers. this paper researched inspection policies optimization model of product in manufacturing process for carbon emission, which can provide the theoretical reference for our country to realize the low carbon transformation of manufacturing mode and quantification of carbon emission per unit product, which has important research significance.Firstly, the quality fluctuation characteristics of product and inspection strategies in manufacturing process are summarized, based on the quality fluctuation and the inspection policies, the carbon emission characteristics were analyzed, and then establish the model of product carbon emission in manufacturing process for inspection strategy.Secondly, considering the quality fluctuation and carbon emissions of each process in machining process, the evaluation index of key procedure is builded. Based on the evaluation index, the importance of each process is recognized by respectively using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and grey relation projection method. Then the consistency of result obtained from two methods is verified by using of non parametric Spearman rank correlation coefficient. the application of fuzzy Borda combination evaluation model is scientific and reasonable to sort the results obtained from the evaluation methods, and the final weight of each process is obtained. And then the model for carbon emissions per unit product and cost which consist of inspection cost and repair cost is established with the variables of inspection cycle, by considering the repeated test, the optimization is carried out using simulated annealing algorithm. which provides a scientific and reasonable selection for inspection strategy of key processes.Thirdly, the optimization problem of inspection strategy about the product manufacturing process is described, the optimization variables are determined and the carbon emissions and inspection cost functions are constructed, the low-carbon optimization model of manufacturing processing is set up considering of inspection number and individual test length as constraints comprehensively; the optimization is carried out using multi-objective particle swarm optimization based on adaptive grid algorithm, which provides the basis for selecting scientific and reasonable inspection number and individual inspection length of manufacturing processing for product carbon emission.Finally, take the transmission shaft of the machining process as application examples, inspection strategy optimization model in manufacturing process of key procedures for products carbon emissions and inspection strategy optimization model in manufacturing process for products carbon emissions put forward in this paper are applied and analyzed, in order to verify the feasibility and practicability of the proposed methods above.
