Research On Mode And System Of Quality Management For Manufacturing Process Based On MES Of Marine Diesel Engine Supporting Enterprises

Since the 18 th National Congress of CPC put forward the strategic goal of building a strong marine business,and making marine equipment support marine business becomes a historical mission of shipbuilding industry.At the same time,"Made in China 2025" also established the marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships as a key area to vigorously promote.In the increasingly competitive market environment,facing of customers' diversity needs,product customization,and strict requirements,quality is still the most effective weapon for peacefully occupying the market,and is the core of improving the competitiveness and efficiency.With the trend of digitalization,informationization of marine diesel engine supporting enterprises,most companies are changing from traditional production mode to informationization mode.Aiming at the complex manufacturing process and the product whole life cycle management,manufacturing is becoming informationization,but quality management still stays in traditional manual and manual decision-making mode,which leads to quality management backward and serious drags on the pace of enterprise development.In terms of quality management based on MES,although there are some good results achieved by researchers at home and abroad,many problems still exist in practical application.How to effectively apply the quality inspection based on quality standards and objectives,how to carry out good process quality control,and how to ensure that quality inspection laboratory perfectly matching process,raw materials and outsourcing product quality inspection,these are quality management issues which closely related to practical production and urgently need to be solved.Therefore,on the base of the research and analysis of problems and needs about the quality management in marine diesel engine supporting enterprises,the quality management model based on MES of manufacturing process is explored,and the quality management system based on MES of manufacturing process is designed and developed,to help marine diesel engine supporting enterprises raise the level of quality management in the manufacturing process.First,the quality management model based on MES of manufacturing process for marine diesel engine supporting enterprises is explored,and the general framework of the model is built based on the situation and needs analysis,then designed its operational processes including three stages: pre-scheduling of quality inspection laboratory,middle-quality inspection and control,after-quality statistics.Secondly,the quality standard knowledge base is established,and the quality inspection method based on the quality standard knowledge base and the quality target is developed.The method of process quality control based on the pre-control chart is put forward for the multi-species and small batch production mode of marine diesel engine supporting enterprises.For the quality inspection laboratory scheduling,putting forward the concept of virtual operation and a new quality inspection laboratory pre-scheduling model based on the unsure quality inspection equipment resources.The genetic algorithm with minimum virtual cumulative completion time as the target is established,and the optimal pre-scheduling scheme of quality inspection laboratory is obtained,and the feasibility and superiority of the model and algorithm are verified.Finally,the quality management system based on MES of manufacturing process for marine diesel engine supporting enterprises is designed and developed.Its application is showed in Chongqing Jiang Zeng Shipbuilding Industry Co.,Ltd,and achieved the function of quality data management,quality inspection,process quality control,and quality statistic,and gets good evaluation.
