With the rapid development of China's electronics manufacturing industry,all regions of the country have emerged a number of innovative industrial park. Production operations in various industrial parks, as China's economic development has injected vitality. At the same time industrial production lines for the needs of young workers has become increasingly evident. With the rapid development of science and technology and increase demand for factory production, more and more consideration take into account the human subjectivity factor in the study of factors that affect plant productivity. Affects of people's subjective preference study about the production safety and production efficiency has become a hot study of light environmental. But the research of artificial light environment's subjective preferences for a dynamic light environment in facility is lacked the field of study at home and abroad currently.Paper relying on the National Natural Science Foundation of China "The research based on the light exposure secure predictable dynamic light environmental of factories"(Approval Number:51378518) and subtropical key issues "The research of circadian light environment factory assembly line adaptive". In total artificial light LED lighting environment of factories,study the effect of light on workers visual subjective and objective evaluation index in unit working time and workers' subjective preference light environment in artificial light environment and light environment preference trend of working time,which aim to provide theoretical support for dynamic lighting of factories. Thesis by establishing dynamic lighting model, to provide reasonable light environment designed to meet the visual requirements of workers, protection of workers' health vision, provide the basis for the revision of occupational reference data protection standards.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter: introduction. Mainly on the research background and the origin of analysis and research, the research purpose and significance of this topic for academic paper, research and analysis related to the topic at home and abroad research results, summarizes the academic achievements of the predecessors, clear subject of research object and the research content, a step to determine the structure of research methods and thesis writing;The second chapter:Research on the design of artificial lighting in the factory, analyze the visual requirements of the workers in the factory lighting design, analyze the present situation of the plant light environment design, fully understand the status of the factory lighting and the visual operation of the workers, and further clarify the purpose and significance of the research;The third chapter: experiment scene design and constant light environment experiment. According to the second chapter of plant lighting design research and field investigation, establish factory experiment scene structures, the use of digital technology assisted physical plant work environment design simulation; constant artificial light experiment, under constant temperature conditions, comparison of different illumination(500lx, 750 lx, 1000lx) under the condition of, workers' vision, changes in the objective index. Analysis of experimental data that differences in visual indicators under artificial light environment.The fourth chapter:Preference dynamic dimming experiment. The experimental object is subject to the independent preference of light environment regulation, in this light environment to carry out the plant operation, analysis of workers visual Lord, objective indicators of change; contrast constant light environment visual indicators, the results of the analysis.The fifth chapter:The trend analysis of preference aura. The preference light environment data of the experimental subjects were analyzed and studied. The trend of light environment preference was analyzed, and the differences between male and female subjects were studied.The sixth chapter : Conclusion and prospect, the experimental results are summarized, which provide the theoretical support and the research direction of the subject, and put forward innovative suggestions for the establishment of the dynamic model of the plant.
