Light is of great importance to human life,but in the face of environmental problems such as environmental degradation and energy crisis,designers must be aware of the importance of rational use of electric light sources and to avoid light pollution.In this paper,based on the promotion of green lighting on the basis of the construction of Nanjing city culture characteristics of scenic lighting as the main line of research.On the basis of the human environment,to public buildings,squares,roads,trees as the carrier,the pursuit of scenic environment and cultural and cultural spirit,with the eyes of art and science,to explore the light to the scenic area brought peace and serene,quiet and Bustling,history and modern mutual glory of the beautiful human experience.Secondly,the concept and theoretical part of the paper provide the technical support for the basic theory of light environment design.Combined with the city's environmental characteristics and artistic practices,put forward the design principles of environmental lighting and scenic environment and the design of the integration of light environment.In this paper,some examples of typical light environment design are analyzed,and some countermeasures are provided to the shortcomings of light environment design and the problems,and some important forms of artistic expression and its importance are described.Finally,this article also on their graduation design "Light Environment Design of Nanjing Fangshan Tianyin palace garden" conducted a practice and research to improve the efficiency of the use of light,so that art and green lighting integration.Enhance people's good feelings of public space life.
