With the development of the information technology and its wide application, more and more advance military equipment had been fitted out to our army. By the way, the training increasingly aims at real fighting condition. As a result, the shortage of equipment maintenance is emerging. As we all known, maintenance data is the basis of scientific decision-making and information management. However, there are many problems in the content, method and process of maintenance data collection of military equipment at repair site. Aiming at the practical difficulties and prominent problems in maintenance data collection, this thesis does a thorough research as the following aspects:(1) Analysis and management of maintenance data based on ontologyBy analyzing the structures and characteristics of military equipment maintenance resource, this thesis originally modeled two-layer maintenance ontology, domain ontology and application ontology.(2) Exploratory research of man-machine interaction data collection technologyAfter creating the mathematical model of maintenance data collection, this thesis present a way to select data entry which evaluates data entry by its usefulness, independence and uncertainty.(3) Data collection program automatic generation method oriented to mobile devicesThis thesis developed a system which provides a way to achieve What You See Is What You Get. The system includes two parts: visual customization platform and automatic code generation algorithms.(4) Design of automatic maintenance data collection toolsAs a representation of data collection tools, a digital vernier caliper was designed which can get and transmit accurate digital measurement data to collection program with a wireless way through WiFi.In summary, this thesis provided a systemic solution for solving the problem of field maintenance data collection. The research works in this thesis have proved through engineering experiment that the theory and methods is feasible and effective.
