| Due to the high speed and long mileage of the expressway,from the perspective of safety and efficiency,many types of maintenance equipment are needed to complete the maintenance work.Existing maintenance equipment is widely dispersed.Most of the maintenance equipment is not connected to the network,which causes problems such as difficulty in obtaining equipment parameters and inefficient use of equipment operating parameters.There are problems such as the failure to obtain and analyze the operation parameters of maintenance equipment in a timely manner,resulting in shortened equipment life.In order to ensure that the maintenance equipment is in a good operating state and can provide design basis for the OEM,it is urgent to design the operation parameter management system of the maintenance equipment,collect and manage the operation parameters of the maintenance equipment,and improve the efficiency and economy of the maintenance work.Aiming at the problem of real-time collection and operation parameter management of maintenance equipment operation data,the overall scheme of highway maintenance equipment operation parameter management system was designed,and an Android smart mobile terminal was proposed to interconnect maintenance equipment through Bluetooth communication,and equipment data and 4G were collected by Bluetooth communication A wireless network transmission data communication scheme,and on this basis,a method of constructing an operating parameter management platform to monitor and manage operating parameters of maintenance equipment.Use Bluetooth communication technology,E4 A language and 4G wireless communication technology to build a data collection platform based on Android intelligent mobile terminal,collect and transmit equipment operation parameters to a remote operation parameter management platform,and realize real-time monitoring of field operation parameters;use B/S architecture,SQL Sever database and browser technology build a maintenance equipment operation parameter management platform,receive the data transmitted by the data collection platform and perform real-time monitoring and data management on the maintenance equipment operation parameters.The communication and monitoring functions and data statistics functions of the operating parameter management system of highway maintenance equipment were verified through indoor experiments.The experimental results show that the designed road maintenance equipment data acquisition platform realizes the field parameter collection and remote data transmission of the maintenance equipment,and can display the collected parameters in real time.At the same time,the remote communication interface provided by the portable monitoring system can be stably connected with the remote monitoring server,real-time data transmission,monitoring and management of maintenance equipment operating parameters can be achieved,and the working status of the equipment can be statistically analyzed,The correctness of the function of the remote monitoring platform is verified.This study has laid a certain foundation for the management of operational parameters of highway maintenance equipment. |
