With the development of military network-centric combat techniques, SOA has gradually become the developing trend of military information system. According to the thought of SOA, the military are actively promoting the construction of service-oriented information system. However, during the operation of military information system, the traditional static combinatorial optimization methods couldn't satisfy the user's requirement for the internal and external changes, so it needs dynamic reconfiguration of military information system.In recent years, experts and scholars on military information system, research construction techniques of service-oriented military information system deeply. In addition, it has been common for the dynamic reconfiguration of distributed computing and workshop production scheduling system, but there is relatively few studies of dynamic reconfiguration of military information system based on SOA. Therefore, this paper studies general techniques on dynamic reconfiguration based on existing research on services-oriented military information system and the main research work and innovation is as follows:(a) Establish a dynamic reconfiguration CSP model based on process description.Dynamic reconfiguration of service-oriented military information system is a large problem with profound meaning and wide extension, which is described from the composition, behavior and characteristics and other aspects for clear and comprehensive definition of the problem. According to the characteristics and research needs, the dynamic reconfiguration problem is transformed into dynamic combination of services and workflow optimization. For the systematic and periodic of dynamic reconfiguration CSP model based on process description is proposed with the advantages of graph theory, Petri nets and other formal modeling approach which prepares the model for solving problem.(b) Propose a system dynamic reconfiguration framework and executable process.In order to solve system dynamic reconfiguration problem, there is a need to build a complete framework and design efficient execution process. Through the analysis of structure and composition of service composition optimization framework, the improvement direction of research is summed up. According to composition and structure characteristics of service-oriented system, the dynamic reconfiguration framework with strong integrity and high efficiency is constructed, and the complete process is put forward, which can select effective strategies to adjust and optimize the system according to the condition change of system operation process, so that the optimal work scheme is executed to ensure it could satisfy user functional requirements.(c) Design the dynamic reconfiguration optimization algorithm.With the CSP model based on the process description, the working scheme generation algorithm is put forward through improving the local search strategy, global search strategy and the feasible solution evaluation mechanism of artificial bee colony algorithm and the dynamic reconfiguration optimization algorithm is designed with the service attribute update mechanism.(d) Simulate dynamic reconfiguration of system instance and algorithm experiment.Through the simulation of a real military information system, the feasibility of the proposed model and framework is verified with the hierarchy system getting service-oriented, the rationality of dynamic reconfiguration process is verified with the simulation of the system performing specific tasks and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm is verified with algorithm experiments and results analysis.
