Our aerospace field enters into rapid development period marked by manned space flight and lunar exploration program. Aerospace Research Institute bears the responsibility of developing numerous kinds and large quantity of products and the control difficulty for the plan and progress of product R&D increases continuously, which produces increasingly serious resources conflict caused by inadequate collaborative ability and proposes urgent demand for business management collaborative platform suitable for multiple projects management. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on multiple projects collaborative management mode and platform based on matrix type.This thesis takes matrix type management theory as guidance, makes statistical analysis of questionnaire results through questionnaire investigation and implements deep analysis of current scientific research and production situation of one aerospace research institute combining the practical investigation situation. The main research work and achievements of this paper are as following:1. Make deep research and analysis of current situation of multiple projects management in one big Aerospace Research Institute with scientific research and production integration based on questionnaire investigation, summarize and propose problems of low project plan correlation and backward management information means etc. existed in this institute under multiple projects development environment, propose framework for the construction of aerospace multiple projects collaborative management platform based on matrix type according to multiple levels of integrated collaborative planning strategy and construct information system structure, functional model, business model and data model.2. Take dimension layer, function layer and support layer of multiple projects collaborative management platform as layers, set up multiple projects collaborative management platform, confirm the project management scope of research institute, general design department and matching unit and implement the focus of project management at all levels and realize management of multiple layers in one Aerospace Research Institute preliminarily.3. Take the application and practice of multiple aerospace scientific research projects on this platform carrier as the basis and core, make comprehensive research on planning collaborative management, collaborative progress and other factors related to project management, preliminarily verify that support the multiple projects collaborative management platform of one Aerospace Research Institute as management information system based on multiple projects aerospace research through solving collaborative planning resource and improving case analysis of project progress, satisfy the management demand of one institute.The establishment of multiple projects collaborative management platform based on matrix type decreases the damages of planning resource conflict and other interference factors for project progress plan under original management mode among various projects, plays the implementation characteristics of collaboratively efficient, effective and timely information transmission of information platform, which enables aerospace institute to decrease the possibility of influence on the overall project progress caused by resources conflict and plan delay to ensure the project can be implemented smoothly based on target plan; at the same time, propose new solutions and methods for following multiple projects collaborative management method, improve the management level of project effectively; it is of certain guidance significance for promoting the continuous improvement of multiple projects collaborative management ability and level for model project in one aerospace institute. |
