| With the development of economic,people’s demand for building comfort has been increasing.The building energy consumption has been rising.The so-called “big three troika” of energy consumption consist of building energy consumption,industrial energy consumption and transportation energy consumption.According to the situation and development trend of the building energy consumption,If we want to form a resource-economical and environment-friendly society,we should continue developing energy-saving building field.As a part of the building enclosuring structure,the roof is exposed to the most powerful solar radiation.The heat which enters the indoor area through the roof is the main cause for the worse humiture environment and thermal comfort top storey household.A variety of roof insulated and energy saving technologies has been invented,which have improved the thermal performance of roof.However,we should still pay more attention to it’s economical efficiency.This paper studied the Wuhan area and mainly several aspects as followed to research the economical efficiency of building roof energy saving.Firstly,I state the life cycle and economical efficiency evaluating theory of life cycle.In the meantime,I introduced the theory of DeST energy consumption simulation.Secondly,it analyzes the climate trait of Wuhan region,according to the construction thermotechnical partition,Wuhan belongs to area with cold winter and scording summer.Then,I introduce the common thermal insulating material of roof and the types of roof in Wuhan region.After investigating,I know the majority of residential building roof types is inverted in Wuhan area,and Practices.The AHP and The entropy weight method are combined to be used to analyze the influence factors of roof energy-saving promotion,and point it out that analyzing the economical efficiency of roof thermal insulation material makes an important role in promoting the roof energy saving field.Then,the life cycle cost estimation model and life cycle of Energy saving roof economic evaluation model are established with the life cycle theory and the life cycle economic evaluation theory.Energy simulate to analysis Energy consumption of Various of roofing during operation by Using DeST-h,so that the economic evaluation index is calculated.Finally,In order to analysis empirical,the article Builds roof energy saving scheme according to the requirement of 《Design standard for residential buildings of low energy consumption》.A total of 18 roof energy saving scheme,the energy efficiency of each plan is about 50%,and can achieve better economic performance in the life cycle.It is concluded that the 250 mm thick aerated concrete is the best economy by comparativing to analysis of economic evaluation indicators.At the same time,it is verified the energy-saving roof has better economical by comparativing to analysis of the energy-saving roof of residential and nonresidential energy-saving roof of the life cycle cost. |
