Research On Thermal Insulation System Of Energy-saving Roof In The Dwelling House Of Villages And Small Towns

The constructions of residence buildings in the villages and small towns dominate almost half part constructions of China.However,the main construction projects nowadays was built in cities and megalopolis,while,in villages,the construction pattern is always extensive and wasteful,which leads the major loads to China's energy efficiency, environmental protection and plowland application.As the main components of the envelope structure,roof plays a very important role in building energy efficiency.Whereas,advanced and high performance as well as low price roof materials should be developed to support the New Countryside Construction Project of China for improving the living condition of the residents of villages and small towns.In this paper,the role of thermal insulation materials applied in the roof structure was analyzed firstly.Moreover,some on-site investigations at northwest area of China were brought forward to survey the usage of thermal insulation materials and construction technique in current China's villages.Finally,some new insulation materials and related construction technology were put forward by combining the rural economy,on-site construction condition and local traditional customs.Furthermore,a multi-functional thermal insulation composite board was designed and the appearance quality,dimension difference and the mechanical properties of the board were studied according to related references.The results show that the performance of this composite board satisfies the requirements of GB...,which can be used as the envelope materials of the rural buildings.As for roof conformation design,since the territory of China is so expansion and the climate changes regionally,the roof conformation and their construction technique are designed according to regional climate and local original materials.Based on above-mentioned materials and construction technique as well as related roof conformation designs,this paper explore a new roof structure for rural usage,which will be expected to support the New Countryside Construction Project of China and push forward the building of a new socialist countryside...
