As Chinese construction machinery wheel loader ownership huge models, since the hydraulic system design and hydraulic components technology leads to a lack of presence of energy consumption, the operation is not flexible, environmental pollution problems of wheel loaders.Foreign wheel loader by using load-sense hydraulic system has a good energy-saving features, but its hydraulic components are expensive, hindering the application of the wheel loader.So the research has important practical value of the project based on the new hydraulic loader energy-saving systems.For the current high domestic consumption wheel loader hydraulic system and load sensing variable expensive system components, the thesis design of the new loader energysaving hydraulic system- fix and variable wheel loader hydraulic system.And fix and variable loader hydraulic system for the research, and the principle and characteristics of the working principle of this system and the main constituent elements, a mathematical model of the main components using transfer function.According to the mathematical model uses AMEsim HYD software library, HCD library, PLM database containing build load-sensing pump, steering priority valve sub-model.And the formation of sub-model into the overall model.Based on this simulation model of the typical working conditions system simulation and extracted simulation process hydraulic pressure and flow data changes cylinder pressure, displacement and other dynamic data and work processes are analyzed.Verify the design, component selection and the reasonableness of calculated parameters.Finally, experimental research of this system based on 856 wheel Loader,measure the flow,pressure,displacement of the cylinder data and analysis this data.Typical conditions and measured data curve AMEsim software simulation data curves were analyzed.Verify the rationality and effectiveness for this fix and variable wheel loader hydraulic system.Hydraulic steering system part is load sense system and the implement system is fix pump system.The system not only can greatly reduce the cost of hydraulic components, and to achieve a good energy saving effect.
