Wheel loaders have a large market share and high sales volume.The rapid increase in carbon dioxide and sulfide emissions is harmful to people's health.In recent years,the whole society has paid more and more attention to “saving energy and protecting the environment”.At present,energy-saving engineering machinery products have become the new darling of the industry,and energy-saving loaders are also facing new market opportunities and huge development potential.Therefore,the development of energy-saving wheel loaders will become the development direction of the construction machinery industry.This paper studies the energy saving of the 5 ton wheel loader drive system.Firstly,a 5 ton wheel loader is taken as the research object,and its transmission system is analyzed.Based on the characteristics of the engine and transmission system,an energy-saving scheme using low-speed engine and low-speed large-capacity planetary torque converter is proposed.Compared with the original engine and torque converter matching scheme,the output torque is increased compared with the original engine and torque converter matching scheme.At the same time,the whole machine works in the low fuel consumption rate area,achieving energy saving.the goal of.Finally,the prototype was tested for dynamic performance and compared with the energy saving effect of the original model.The results show that under the premise of satisfying the dynamic performance of the loader,the new scheme is lower than the original model under driving and shovel loading conditions.The oil rate is increased.
