With the development of industry, energy shortage problem will be raised. As critical family of energy consume, construction machinery need develop new technical in energy saving. Wheel loader is the main spading machine of construction machinery, quantity is large & applied in broad area. As typical family of wheel loader, research on ZL50 wheel loader energy shortage problem has great technical significance & great engineering application significance.Firstly, this Thesis study introduces current situation of wheel loader development both at domestic and aboard, including information technology, microelectronic technique, ergonomics used on wheel loaders, besides, current situation of energy conservation technique & application is also introduced.Secondly, current hydraulic system of ZL50 is introduced in detail, which contains working device hydraulic system, steering control system. Analysis steering control hydraulics systems match. Load sensing pump & load sensing steering control unit to load sensing steering hydraulics system, signals such as flow that load required & pressure can feed back to variable displacement pump, first ensure SCU flow requirement and also keep output flow and pressure fit the requirement of load. Dynamical signal load sensing steering control systems application is important method for energy conservation.Then in order to improve volume efficiency of load sensing SCU, reduce part pressure decrease, and protect pressure shock, do action in side both design & manufacturing process. Main content involve multi valve function housing design, housing thermal deburring process in use, decrease clearance of spool and sleeve,decrease parts roughness & star discharge groove maching.Finally, it points out energy conservation project of ZL50 wheel loader.
