| The braking performance is an important guarantee for the safety of vehicle. Nowadays, the matching scheme of conventional braking system abroad is most used in domestic. A small number of vehicles try to be installed active safety braking system, which has been spread in use. Limited by the cost, it is not common in batch applications. So the matching of the main components of conventional braking system is crucial, which can make braking system play the biggest braking efficiency.The article is mainly about research and analysis on basic parts and components of the brake system: air compressor, steel pipe for the air compressor, high temperature hose, condenser, dryer, basic valves(brake valve, relay valve, etc.), brakes and so on; conduct calculation and demonstration of matching proposal based on basic theory of automobile design; accomplish matching of air purification system, service brake system, parking brake system and antilock brake system for the designed bus model; process track and complete prototype work; finally finish actual vehicle verification according to YutongQ/ZK JS312 Brake Performance Test Specification and output basic research findings. |
