An Research Of Protection And Repairation For The Red Historical Building In Changkang Township

As we entered the 21 st Century,the economic growth of China is implementing and complying with the development of the times,however,with the process of industrialization and urbanization,it has entered a period which is comprehensive reflection and rational regression.In particular,not only do people value development and innovation,but begin to pay more attention to the spiritual value of the history.With the widely developing of the red culture tourism,some strong revolutionary and historical significance of the red areas became the focus of attention in recent years.The red historic buildings as an indispensable element in the red tourism,also become the focus by local governments,which shows that the protection and utilization of the buildings comply with the trend of the times.In Xingguo county of Jiangxi province,there is a place called Jiangjun county,where the red tourism resources are very rich,and one of the most important resources are red historic buildings representing historical events.Historic buildings as the carrier of the historical information,which fully reflect the development of the economy,politics and culture in a region.The red historic architecture is a historic category with Chinese characteristics,which recorded the communist party of the China led peoples against oppression and fighted for victory.Most of the current study of red historic buildings pay more attention to the red spirit of history and culture,and ignore the protection and development of the red historic building,causing the survival condition of red historic buildings is worrying.Based on the theory and practice of historic buildings and some successful cases of research,we analyzed the commonly used method of repair and the actual effect,and summarized some restoration experiences of historic buildings,and then concluded the methods and measures for protection and restoration.Considering the theory in this paper,we with the red historic buildings,which are the central Soviet area red historic buildings in Xingguo county of Jiangxi province,were to practice object and finally achieved good results.Moreover,considering the protection and restoration research of historic buildings based on Changkang township,this paper also put forward the relevant strategies for the sustainable development of historic building red,and had made the thorough investigation,analysis and research about how to apply new media into the historical building protection.
