Research On The Protective Practice Of Tongli Historical Town

Under the administration system of town, many problems confront with the protection of historical town. With the example of Tongli historical town, this paper focuses on the practical research of construction projects from 2000-2005.Based on the evaluation of the values and the existing problems, tongli has developed different types of construction projects. It analyses the characteristics of different typology from different aspects, such as size, period, financing and implement model. With the cognitions on time and space dimension, summarizes the historical town pursuing different goals.Secondly, the paper discusses one of the factors in the implement of projects—financing, including the financing resource from local government and other channels, and how the government makes good use of these financings with the economic opinions.Furthermore, the policies on historical town and correlative elements are also the factor to function in the models of project implement. Concerning the impacts of the projects, the paper finally gives deep analysis on the superiority and inferior of different types of implement model, and gives some suggestions on the implement model and utilize of financings.
