Handan is located in the plain area,has a rich special fine sand resources,compared to the sand in Handan coarse sand resources appears to be a relative shortage.Handan region used sand for most of the special fine sand.Based on this feature,how to make local materials according to local conditions,scientific and effective use of cheap special fine sand resources to meet the conditions of the preparation of concrete construction has become an important issue in the construction of the Handan region.Based on this specific conditions,China's early 80 years ago,there is the use of special fine sand preparation of concrete engineering practice.This test first on the raw materials used for performance analysis and research,compared the experiment used the difference between fine and coarse sand in the ordinary,then adopt the method of orthogonal design combined with contrast test of special fine sand concrete work performance and physical endurance performance were studied.Orthogonal design of experiment schemes to water-binder ratio(0.40,0.43,0.46),sand ratio(28%,30%,32%),and water consumption unit(175 kg,180 kg,185kg),empty as factors,establish L9(34)table test scheme.In this study,based on the results of orthogonal test conducted a comparative study,select different content of fly ash mixed concrete,slump,strength,static elastic modulus of the study.The results show that the workability of the concrete mixture is mainly affected by the sand rate,and the weight value of each factor is 49.6%,35.6% and35.6%,respectively.The water consumption per unit of water 14.8%.The slump of ultra-fine sand concrete can be up to 170 mm.The workability of concrete is obviously improved after adding fly ash,and the loss of slump is reduced.The compressive strength of concrete is similar to the compressive strength of concrete without adding fly ash.When the water-cement ratio is 0.4,the sand rate is 30%,and the unit water consumption is 175 kg,the strength decreases with the increase of fly ash content,The concrete compressive strength of the concrete mixture to meet the test requirements,so the use of ultra-fine sand preparation of medium-grade concrete is feasible;ultra-fine sand concrete modulus of elasticity and the same changes in ordinary concrete,that is,concrete age and elastic modulus Positive correlation.But with the addition of fly ash can effectively reduce the elastic modulus of concrete,and with the amount of increase,the smaller the elastic modulus of concrete;compared with ordinary concrete,when thestrength rating for the C30,C35,C40 concrete,Special fine sand concrete can be saved20.7 yuan /m~3,20.3 yuan /m~3,19.9 yuan / m~3.
