Research On The Factors Influencing The Efficiency Of Washing Machine Production Logistics System And The Way To Improve It In Chongqing HE Co.

The manufacturing industry of the second industry is the most important part of China’s national economy,the foundation of the country and the foundation of a strong country.Since the rise of industrial civilization in the 18 th century,through the historical process of world powers and the history of China’s own struggle,it can be proved that without a strong manufacturing industry support,there will be no prosperity of a country and a nation.Building a manufacturing industry with strong competitiveness is an important way for China to further improve its comprehensive national strength and build a first-class power.With the production process of the enterprise,production logistics activities have become a sub link of the production process.In the past,when people studied product production,they focused on one production and processing link after another,often ignoring the logistics activities in each production and processing link.For example,when the raw materials or parts leave the previous process and enter the next process,they will be accompanied by forward movement,loading and unloading,temporary stop and other logistics activities.As a result,the time of logistics activities in a production cycle is far longer than the actual processing time of raw materials and parts.Therefore,it is great to study the potential of production logistics system,labor saving and time saving of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,the research on the production logistics system and the efficiency of the production logistics system of manufacturing enterprises is consistent with the development planning direction of the three major changes of manufacturing industry in China.This paper mainly takes the production logistics system of washing machine of Chongqing he company as the case study object,using the relevant literature,case analysis,field research and questionnaire survey method to study,focusing on the analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of production logistics system and the path of improvement.This paper analyzes and compares the research status of domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises on production logistics system and efficiency of production logistics system,and uses its research content and scope for reference to analyze the washing machine of Chongqing he company,hoping to provide some theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of production logistics system in China’s white home appliancemanufacturing industry.From the perspective of the research on the influencing factors of the efficiency of the production logistics system,this paper investigates the production logistics system of the washing machine of Chongqing he company,and uses the factor analysis method to find out what are the key factors affecting the efficiency,analyze the reasons,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures based on the actual situation of the enterprise.
