Design Of Vehicle Smart Key Test System Based On LabVIEW

With the continues development of technology,smart key of the vehicle is not only working on the cars all over the world,but also on many highly configured trucks.In the future,the smart key will also be used on common transportation system(such as bus,electric bicycle etc.).The manufacturing and developing of passive start system grow up with the wildly use of this kind of system.This article describe the test system based on Lab VIEW program software,Test Stand platform and PXI data collect hardware which developed by National Instrument company.This test system can verify the related function of smart keys.The main contents include the following parts:1.Making the hardware system of the test system.According to the test system requirement,choose the suitable PXI system,and the slots for each test parts.Install the drivers for each test board.Build the simulated truck security system,to make the test environment for the smart keys.In order to realize the batch test for the production,the test system also needs test fixture to install the device under test and press the buttons on the key.2.Making the software system of the test system.The software system is based on Test Stand platform,which defines test sequence,and work with source code written with Lab VIEW.It also executes the communication between instruments and computer.3.Feasibility verification of test system.The function of the system was proved by experiment.The system's usability has been proved in the process of testing,it has high performance,accurate measurement,less time-consuming features.And the test reports can be saved in the folders that defined by system.The test reports can be found easily after some months.
