Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of electronic technology,there have been more and more types of electronic medical instruments.For medical device manufacturers,the quality control of products is the foundation,and the manual testing that most companies are still using can't meet the requirements of the market.In contrast,functional testing of factory instruments through an automated test system makes it easier to identify product defects and provide high efficiency.However,the existing automatic testing system also has its shortcomings.If the automatic testing system is only customized for a specific product type or model,the system does not have the versatility and cannot adapt to the iterative development of the product.Customizing an automated test system for each product has made most companies daunting in terms of operating costs.Therefore,this paper proposes a direct and effective solution to develop a flexible automated test system that can adapt to different medical instruments.This article specifically analyzes the actual testing requirements of medical devices,adopts flexible testing technology,and combines the features of existing universal automated testing systems to construct a flexible automatic testing system for medical devices.In terms of hardware,the system uses the NI PCI-6251 data acquisition card to achieve the collection of electrical signals such as voltage,current,and frequency of various types of cards in the instrument under test.In software,the system uses LabVIEW and TestStand as software development environment.Modular layered design,focusing on the TestStand sequence design,parameter table configuration module design,and LabVIEW main program design,data visualization,automatic determination of test results,automatic generation of test reports and other functions to complete most of the medical device card and complete Test of conventional performance indicators.In addition,we focused on the development of machine vision functions to monitor abnormal screen information.Compared with the traditional automatic test system,this system uses TestStand as the test sequence management engine,modularized and hierarchically designed the test program,and can meet the test requirements of different boards.And configure error-prone problems for the project parameters,design a parameter table configuration module to achieve centralized configuration of parameter groups.In addition,a video monitoring subsystem based on machine vision was developed to enhance the system's scalability.
