Switching power supply with high efficiency,small volume and other significant advantages,has been widely used in various types of electrical and electronic equipment,including two-switch forward converter power supply due to topology simple,low switching voltage stress,low cost,high reliability and other advantages is widely used in small and medium-sized power supply,especially it has become the preferred circuit topology in low-voltage high-current applications.The paper based on the analysis and comparison of several popular isolated circuit topologies and control strategy,according to the actual needs of customers requirements of power supply and design specifications,designs a 360 W two-switch forward converter power supply.This switching power supply can stabilize the 36 V DC voltage of output,0-10 A current of output,the specific function of the circuit design includes: input circuit design,the main power circuit design,power supply circuit,feedback circuit design,drive circuit design.In addition,for the corresponding circuit design,selecting reasonable parameters and the corresponding components of the specific model,designing and optimizing the power supply circuit schematic diagram,especially it makes a deep theoretical study on the two driving methods of floating drive and isolation transformer,combines the theory with engineering practice,and the experimental prototype of corresponding drive mode is built in the laboratory,to verify the correctness of the design principle.On the basis of the principle design of the power circuit,the whole circuit of the power supply is simulated and analyzed by Saber 2012 simulation software.The key points are recorded,and the rationality of the design parameters of the power supply is verified.On this basis,Altium Designer 10 software is used to design the PCB,especially the paper emphasizes the effect of high di/dt loop layout on the performance of power supply,studies the design features and details of 360 W two-switch forward converter power supply PCB layout,and combines signal integrity issues to PCB layout,accomplishes the welding and debugging of circuit board finally.The test results of the 360 W two-switch forward converter power supply are as follows: the input voltage range from 180 V to 265 V,the minimum starting voltage is 180 V.The voltage regulation rate is 0.2%,which meets the design requirement of less than 3%.Load adjustment rate is 1.2%,which meets the design requirements of less than 3%.Prototype power efficiency is 83%,witch is in accordance with the design standards.The output voltage ripple coefficient is 0.057%,ripple smaller,and the ripple coefficient is less than 1%,which is equal to the design requirement.The overall test results of the prototype show that the test results meet the basic requirements of power supply,the power run well and verify the correctness of the design of 360 W two-switch forward converter power supply.
