Design And Implementation Of Simulation System For Automobile Collision Sensor

With the vehicle's safety requirements continue to increase,the airbag system has become the standard configuration of vehicle,can effectively reduce the damage in the process of collision,the airbag as the core part of the ECU(electronic control system),in the factory before must be after a lot of testing to realize data collection and analysis,to meet the sensitivity and response the problem of.But due to the actual collision collection cost is very high,each will cause mechanical cost a lot of input,so it should be a way to avoid the low cost,the actual impact of the full form is improved,it also is the key content in this paper.The whole thesis consists of three parts,the first part is the summary of research topics,using the method of literature research and collecting related literatures,understand relevant technologies,such as Ethernet communication module,CAN technology;the second part is the overall design of collision sensor simulation system,and adopts the research method and empirical research method to study method and comparative literature,this paper designed the plug-in design is based on this technology in the current domestic research laboratory has been relatively mature.The third part is the realization and testing of the system,the process of testing,mainly adopts the empirical research method,including the test design in accordance with the need to start a different number of cards,through the CAN communication board in between and connected with the whole system of communication through industrial Ethernet and computer by creating a accord with the development of virtual test the actual needs of the environment.According to the stage verification and the final system test results,the system can realize the requirements of the vehicle crash sensor simulation system,and it has better sensitivity in the automotive airbag triggering.
