In recent years,the base isolation get a large number of applications in high intensity area,the development of high-performance isolation device has become a new research direction.Viscoelastic materials are widely used as energy dissipation damping materials in the field of architecture,this article developed a new type of viscoelastic ball isolation bearings,use the viscoelastic material and ball isolation performance,making isolation performance more superior.For this new type of viscoelastic ball isolation bearings,the main research content is as follows:(1)Researching Viscoelastic ball isolation bearing performance,analysising the scope of influence.such as;the viscoelastic material constitutive model,ball and undertake the contact stress of plate,and the receiving plate punching checking and receiving plate groove radius R(2)This test carry on the free vibration test and sinusoidal steady state test respective to the installation of viscoelastic ball isolation bearings,ball isolation bearings and consolidation of the ground three situation,it is concluded that the frequency of the frame structure,period and damping ratio of the size and relationship through the free vibration experiment.Through different sinusoidal steady state test force,displacement,amplitude,frequency effect on the performance of vibration isolation,validation of viscoelastic ball isolation bearing isolation performance.(3)Through the finite element software SAP2000,analysising of engineering example to set up a viscoelastic ball isolation bearings,ball isolation bearings and consolidation of the ground three of the six layers frame work model.Inputing the EL Centro wave,lanzhou and Kobe wave,analysising modal through contrasting the natural vibration period,analysising the time history comparison of the change of displacement and acceleration between the layers.Showing that this new type of viscoelastic ball isolation bearing has a good vibration isolation effect.
