The Analysis Of Differential Settlement And Post-cast Strips Setting Of Super High-rise Building On The Granite Foundation

With the development of economy and diversified needs of architectural functions,arranging annex around the high-rise buildings to meet the needs of function has gradually become the mainstream of the development of the city,high-rise buildings with large thick raft foundation become commonplace.Differential settlement between the main building and the annex of high-rise building is an important problem that has not been fully resolved.The post cast strip as one of the commonly used methods to solve the uneven settlement,its function has been proved by practice.Second-time concrete placing of post-cast strips increases construction complexity and construction cost,extend the construction period in addition to the quality of post-cast strips is difficult to control.At present,there is no uniform regulation on the relevant problems of the post cast strip at home and abroad,no systematic theory to guide construction and design.Based on the geological conditions of Qingdao area,this paper studies the differential settlement and the setting of post-cast strips of super high rise building with following research work.Firstly,the current research status of settlement calculation and post cast strip is briefly introduced in this paper.By analyzing engineering geological survey report of Qingdao high-rise building,the related physical and mechanical indexes and engineering properties of the granite foundation in Qingdao area were statistically.By analyzing the calculation method of structure settlement presented by the domestic and foreign experts and scholars and combining with the engineering geological conditions of Qingdao area,the calculation method of the settlement for Qingdao was presented.Apply SPSS software to put forward the regression formula between the actual value and the calculated value,which improves the accuracy of the calculation.Secondly,combining with project example,analyzed the differential settlement between the main building and the annex in different operating conditions by means of SAP2000,obtained settlement change rule of granite foundation high-rise building under different working conditions.Again,by analyzing models with different locations of post-cast strips and different pouring time,reach change rule of the settlement of the main building and the differential settlement between the main building and the annex under different working conditions.Finally,According to the actual geological conditions in Qingdao,the article give the differential settlement of the main building and the annex taking a variety of factors combined into consideration applying ABAQUS in the different closing time of post-pouring band of the different layers.Using SPSS software,deduces the regression formula proposed super high-rise building settlement granite foundation,the maximum settlement and the main buildings the difference.Taking into analysis above,this paper concluded that the proposed height and related technical measures for the settlement of the settlement after the granite foundation.
