The crankcase is the core part of the refrigerator compressor.It is the installed base of the other parts,and forms all kinds of high pressure cavity or low pressure cavity.Therefore the crankcase must be required a certain strength,stiffness and abrasion resistance,ensure all parts installed correctly and operation stability,the noise and vibration of the compressor and so on meets the requirement.Currently the vast majority of refrigerator compressor factory use the piston structure,the piston in constant motion drived by the crankcase-connecting rod structure to complete refrigeration cycle.The crankcase cylinder hole become the most important working aera and is the worst of the friction environment area.So the compressor industy units and institutes do various research about the problem.In this thesis,on the basis of the original products of the company,combined with the existing research results,do some systematic analysis for deformation of the crankcase cylinder hole problem,and relatively complete solution is put forward.This paper was carried out on the cylinder hole deformation control design research,the main research content is as follows:(1)For the usage of the compressor cylinder hole,research status and application prospect has made the summary and analysis.Introduces the structure and working principle of compressor cylinder hole.On the basis of existing research to determine three research direction—Optimization of structural analysis,casting process optimization,machining process optimization.(2)Established the simulation model of assembly.Using the finite element software ANSYS to calculate the cylinder hole of roundness.Doing Structure optimization analysis work to strengthen the weak part.And the expectant goals have been achieved.(3)Based on the company's existing foundry technology and craft,adding in the less and under the premise of not add metal components,by improving the elastic modulus of thecasting,to optimize the casting process.And achieve a better effect than the original product.(4)Based on the company's existing machining,considering factors such as processing,oil lubrication,design and optimize the cylinder hole processing technology.To ensure the quality of processing surface consistency and solve the problem of piston wear well.(5)The above optimization scheme for the integrated.Complete the production and inspect the cylinder hole deformation levels.In this paper,the innovation lies in research object which is based on the existing products.The products have for more than twenty years of production history.Study of the subject is limited in the industry.Put forward the covers from structure,casting,machining,testing optimization scheme of the whole link.And it forms an organic whole.The research tools include the simulation analysis software,metallographic tester,hardness tester,cylindrical tester,noise testing room,heat quantity meter,etc.Improved the deformation of cylinder hole.The cost of give attention to two or morethings.
