Since 2002,a number of provinces and cities has been promulgate the local standard "The norm of extinguish system with water-mist construction and acceptance",the extinguish system with water mist has not been substantial progress in the design,and has the slow progress in the use of physical buildings.As the developments of express industry and the large spaces logistics warehouse in recent years,the rise of huge data applications and the construction of IDC engine room,storage and data center(room)fire extinguishing problem are more urgent ! Traditionally these places of extinguishing equipment preferred gas fire extinguishing system,but for data center(room),because of the limit of the gas-fire extinguishing system set in large space,makes the high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system design gradually rise.The complete set of high-pressure water mist equipment from abroad to the domestic market quickly,in tobacco warehouse and the IT room had great archives of put into use and make a lot of performance.Effective fire control ability is the biggest advantage of high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system,and that is the reason high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system can replace the cause of the gas fire extinguishing system.Avirulent environmental protection is the relative advantage of gas fire extinguishing system,a fire fighting water consumption is 5% of the spray system and that is compared with the traditional advantages of spray system.This paper,based on this perspective,is concerned with the development of high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system from the principle of fire fighting,the development of practical engineering project,and the design to the final project.And I hope that on this basis,the establishment of "high pressure water mist fire extinguishing test rig" can be the high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system control plan,to advance for the use of the actual project.This paper from the mechanism analysis of fire and high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system,so that ordinary readers know basic fire and control the basic process.And then,this paper,from the point of view of information machine and its auxiliary function,prove that high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system,compared with the ordinary spray system and gas fire extinguishing system,is currently the most optimal design scheme of fire control.As an empirical case,according to the engineering design requirements of agricultural information center,a well-known in foreign high pressure water mist systemdesign.According to the requirement of the automatic fire alarm and linkage control system,design the corresponding control scheme,and according to the requirement of humidity,increase the sense of risk control system scheme.The area,height,use function of architectural space,the system parameters of high pressure water mist system,as well as the warm,wet as constants,fire hazards as variables,simulation system as inputs,the output of high pressure water mist nozzle angle of plane layout and arrangement.With temperature and humidity parameter as a variable as a condition of the input of auxiliary control system,monitoring the fire process,control the start or stop of the high pressure water mist equipment and ventilation equipment.Achieve the research purposes ultimately.The purpose of the empirical research,it is hope that through the combination of the use of the actual project and experiment platform,verified with experiment platform design,used in practical engineering effect perfect experiment platform.And this hopes the research can continue after in eventually establish a high pressure water mist fire extinguishing system control scheme of the simulation system.
