| The quality management mode of project ought to improve with the change of social environment that can be suitable for social requirement. In many kinds of projects, the hydropower project is particular, which has the characteristics of relating to multi-fields, covering extensively professional skill, and requiring the high quality standards, also the hydropower project construction is complicated and fluctuant when it is affected by environmental factors such as local geography, weather, humanity, transportation etc. at the same time. Therefore, the hydropower project implementation is difficult, especially the underground powerhouse project, its quality management (QM) difficulty is the largest in project management (PM).The paper researches the QM of the underground powerhouse project in Guandi hydropower station. The research relies on the underground powerhouse project in Guandi hydropower station of Ya-long river, embraces the characteristics of hydropower project, bases on the basic theory of PM and QM, also combines the management and working experiences of the author. The main research contents are including five parts:(1) The first part elaborates related background of project PM, and focused researches the QM therein;(2) The second part introduces related theory of project QM, and provides theoretical basis for the follow-up study;(3) Combining each stage of hydropower project construction, the third part analyzes the forming process of quality, summarizes the quality characteristics and the main factors affecting QM, also puts forward the ultimate liability that the construction enterprise should bear in QM;(4) The forth part briefly introduces the project profile, construction target and program of underground powerhouse project in Guandi hydropower station, elaborates the key link of quality management system in underground powerhouse project, which includes institution setting, work division, quality policy and assurance system, the measures that can guarantee system implementation etc. The system can provide beneficial organization guarantee, institution guarantee and technology guarantee for QM;(5) The last part summarizes existing problems when the quality management system is carrying out in this underground powerhouse project, and puts forward improvement measures, also evaluates the quality improvement effect combining the representative project examples. By the end of the paper, the author puts forward the suggestion and expectation to project QM according to own work experiences.The paper has explicit research purpose, reasonable research route and methods, close ties between chapters. The research result has certain reference meanings to the QM of hydropower project. |
