Research On The Quality Management Of SDXD Road In Chengdu City

With economic development, social progress and urban changes, urban development in China has changed from a single urbanization to a urbanization paralleling a urban renewal. Urban road comprehensive improvement has the effect of great promoting the renewal and development of the total urban. Due to the characteristics of the urban road, the construction process will be affected by various complicated conditions and factors, and the complexity of engineering management is increased. Therefore, the paper studies the quality management of such project.In this paper, the project quality control and management is regarded as the main clue, and the indispensable knowledge and theory in the quality management and quality control of the urban road comprehensive improvement is illustrated relatively comprehensively and deeply. Starting from the definition and characteristics of the quality and the project quality, the basic procedures of the project quality control and the principle that is needed to obey are put forward. PDCA cycle is used for special circumstances of the urban road comprehensive improvement. From the factor that affect the project quality management, the role of people in quality control is emphasized from two aspects of participant units and quality control elements, which provide the latter specific project theoretical basis.Based on the quality management theory, comprehensive improvement of SDXD road in the city of Chengdu is regarded as a case, technical scheme and guarantee measures are illustrated in detail, and the PDCA cycle process of the project quality control is analyzed, the control methods of the project quality are proposed in connection with specific conditions. The total quality management theory is refined, the total process of quality management is the most important in the three aspects of the total quality management. The entire project cycle is divided into four stages, that is, the project definition and decision, the project planning and design, the project implementation and control, and the project completion and delivery. The content and conclusion of the paper can provide reference for related quality management.
