With the advent of white LED,the characteristics of LED light source,such as energy saving,environmental protection,small volume and long service life and so on Makes it come to the fourth generation of lighting source,Now the LED lighting lamps is widely used in Home lighting,the lighting of city road,signal lamp,the backlight source of mobiles,computers and other digital products,some lights of motor vehicle manufacturers have begun to use LED light source.The energy distribution of LED light source is more regularly,Light intensity outward from the center point With cosine attenuation.For this kind of its rule,the domestic and foreign scholars have been found and put forward many methods for the LED light Ssource lighting device,Electric vehicle headlamps on the market at present,In the use of strong glare,high energy consumption and other defects.This paper designed a new kind of electric car LED headlamps to improve these problems.The design of lights through the establishment of light source,point to point on the surface of the reflector,and light reflection.Through the light energy distribution,make its fall in a predetermined target area,by solving differential equations express mapping relation,Get the data point on the surface of the reflector.Import the three-dimensional modeling software.Using optical simulation software for ray tracing,then get the results and analyze the results of optimization,to complete the lighting design,the design of this kind of lamp in this paper Can better meet the lighting requirements.For electric vehicle lamp design and for the comprehensive utilization of non imaging optics design method provides some new ideas.The lamp in the electric field is of great significance.
