Risk Analysis Of Offshore Oil Support Vessel To Get Alongside The Platform

Abstract:the discovery and exploitation of offshore oil provides a new way to solve the problem of oil shortage.With the development of science and technology,drilling technology,production technology and oil transportation technology,in recent years,the development of offshore oil mining has been very fast.In the process of offshore oil exploitation,all kinds of materials needed,such as the need of mining machinery and so on,are required to provide support for offshore oil.Offshore oil support vessels need to be supported by the platform,so it is necessary to strengthen the risk assessment,risk analysis and risk control of offshore oil platform.At present,there are a lot of deficiencies in the risk analysis of offshore oil support ship.One.China has not yet established a perfect management system for the offshore oil support vessel to get alongside the platform;two,theory researches for the risk analysis of offshore oil support vessel to get alongside the platform are very few,and most of them are concerning the safety management and reliability analysis,so this research is very necessary.Firstly,a theoretical research is analyzed with relevant domestic and foreign articles,to introduce research background,significance,contents and methods,and also the process of offshore oil support vessel to get alongside the platform,also further analysis of the function of offshore oil platform,management methods and significance of strengthened management.Followed by the analysis of the risk of offshore oil support vessel getting alongside the platform,including preparation phase risk,berthing process risk,anchoring risk and force majeure risk,analyze procedure and method of the platform in control process,then suggestions and countermeasures are brought forward based on such risks.Thirdly.both the quantitative and qualitative analysis are used to analyze the risk of the support vessel in Bohai Bay branch of CNOOC.to explore the risk identification,analysis and control process,and strengthen the guiding role of the practice.Finally,the general research result is stated,and based on the result of risk analysis and evaluation,the risk control suggestions are brought forward.
