As a key link of rescue ship,the ship towing operation has been the general scholars,maritime institutions focus on the problem.In order to protect the safety of towage operations,protect the Marine environment,domestic and international numerous scholars pay more and more attention to research on vessel emergency towing operation,at the same time brought to the attention of the shipping companies,towing has gradually become a professional discipline.To learn more about the analysis on ship towing operation key problems to ensure the safety of towing operation significance.Prepare for emergency towing,towage,towing operation,etc.All the work,such as the operation will be good for in an emergency occurs to the greatest extent to ensure the safety of property and maintenance of the Marine environment.In this paper the topic research object for emergency towing ship,this paper on the basis of a large number of investigation and data collection,research on Marine emergency towing,mainly from the tow ship characteristics on the influence of the towing operation,the influence of the navigation environment of ship towing operation carried out to study,this paper also analyzes the single point of towing and multipoint towing emergency towing model,finally to a container ship as an example for the ship's emergency towing procedure design of the ship.The main innovations are the design of ship emergency towing patterns based on the classification of weather conditions and urgency.In towing model in the design of the main towing model is divided into four categories:deck power can provide bow when towing mode,deck power cannot provide bow when towing model,power available at the stern deck towing and power available at the stern deck towing model,in this mode and four categories according to the degree of urgency and weather factors are divided into 10 small class towing model,respectively F1(tug line-single bollard-bow drag)and F2(tug line-double bollard-bow drag),F3(tug line-ship drag chain-bow),F4(tug line-the ship line-single bollard-bow drag),F5(tug line-the ship line-double bollard-bow drag),F6(tug line-ship drag chain-bow),A1(tug line-double bollard-stern drag),A2(double tug line-double bollard-stern drag),A3(this vessel line,double bollard,the stern drag)and A4(double mooring line,double bollard,stern drag).
