With the rapid development of China's economic construction,large cities are also facing growing internal space pressures with expansion of the surrounding. Furong District as the central city of Changsha,is also facing various city contradictions due to the rapid development of the city's economic construction.How to develop and use the underground space rationally and efficiently is becoming an important issue of urban development.Meanwhile,Changsha subway construction is experiencing great development,and the official opening and operation of Metro Line 2 indicates that the city will develop in the trend of station underground space development and utilization model driven by metro construction.But according to the research of the six stations of Line 2 of Furong District Metro and the surroundings,the stations which have been constructed are relatively independent with single function,and rarely form into system with the surrounding architecture,which is not conducive to the overall planning and utilization of urban underground space.By collecting and collating the literature of domestic and foreign urban underground space development and utilization,the theory of underground space disciplines is analyzed, and the factors and current situation of the underground space utilization of Furong District are studied.It is found that there are adequate conditions and great potential for Furong District in underground space development and utilization.At the same time,with the development of Changsha metro Line 2 as an opportunity,the underground space development and utilization of the metro system and surrounding resource are taken as the main object of this thesis.By introducing the concept of the comprehensive development and utilization of metro station underground space,and through the in-depth investigation of the construction,functional form,ulitization and many other of underground space of the six stations of metro Line 2 and the surrounding area of Furong District,the shortcomings and problems in the form of utilization,depth of development and legal policy of underground space are summed up,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.In addition,based on the study and reference of domestic and foreign integrated underground space utilization patterns with metro as the core point in development,the function-place oriented classification of is presented,through which the six stations of Line 2 of Furong District Metro are classified in comprehensive transportation hub,commercial center type,type of large public buildings,commercial office type and ordinary type,are a comprehensive development model in line with the characteristics of corresponding Furong District Metro stations is proposed in a tentative way.
