Feasibility Analysis Of Underground Space Project Of Jiaozhou North Station Of Qingdao Metro Line 8

This paper conducts a feasibility analysis of underground space project of Jiaozhou North Station of Qingdao Metro Line 8,mainly from the necessity of the project,the reliability of the construction schedule,the rationality of the underground space structure of the project,and the project cost control.The key point is to use the computer simulation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to demonstrate the rationality of the project layout and the reliability of the construction schedule.The main research contents include the following aspects.(1)Deeply understand the background,determine the purpose of establishing the feasibility study of the project,and combine the research status of the feasibility study theory at home and abroad,and put forward the research method and technical route of this paper.(2)Theoretical analysis of the necessity of project construction,the feasibility of project construction conditions,and the rationality of environmental protection programs.(3)Based on the Anylogic pedestrian simulation software,the three-dimensional simulation model was built to simulate the emergency evacuation scene of the real subway underground space.Under the condition that the exit channels were smooth and the safety gates were normally opened,the rationality of the safe evacuation level of the underground space layout of the project was demonstrated.The computer experiment verified the requirement of the underground space layout to meet the 7min safe evacuation time of large public places,and determined the rationality of the current underground space layout plan.(4)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the reliability of the project construction schedule,and the reliability of the project construction progress is demonstrated.The membership degree of medium and above is 0.7974,which indicates that the work of the project is properly arranged and the project has strong anti-risk ability.Provide theoretical guarantee for the reasonable arrangement of the project schedule,safe and smooth construction.(5)Calculate the financial analysis of the project and the calculation of social and economic benefits,and obtain the technical and economic indicators of the underground space project of Jiaozhou North Station.Through the system comprehensive analysis of the feasibility of the underground space project of Jiaozhou North Station of Qingdao Metro Line 8,scientific management and control of all aspects of the project,and effective guidance for the project.
