Research Of Offshore Wind Power Project Schedule Control Management

Project schedule control is the one of the most important portion in project management process, it is directly impact the success of a project whether a project schedule is good or bad. Considering the resources always limited in realistic world, so to research the project schedule control under the resource limitation has important meaning. Because organization project has strong sensitiveness regarding delivery time, once a project start it will get finish as soon as possible to create value, so that if could reduce project duration effectively when solve the issue of resource limited and with same import meaning.In project management, schedule control, cost control and quality control are the three major control targets. The quality is foundation, quality is key factor, and schedule is central. Project schedule is a dynamic and cycle process, with the progress of project going. This study based on introducing of schedule control management theory, described the schedule control situation of HDLG cooperation, and analyzed the issues during schedule controlling process, Fig.ure it out the improvement solution, meanwhile after applying in new project and got a good result. Hope it can be the reference of further offshore project schedule controlling management in China.
