The main purpose of this research is to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of project schedule management in the field of wind power generation construction,and then the structure model for project schedule management of wind power generation construction has been designed as well.According to the characteristics of the subject,qualitative and quantitative research method,project schedule management method and the combination of theory and practice method are adopted.Firstly,the background,basic concepts and basic theories about the research topic are discussed.Combined with the advanced experience,advanced ideas and common problems faced by Chinese and foreign project schedule management,this dissertation makes a comparative analysis and puts forward the aspects that can be used for reference in the field of wind power generation construction in China.Secondly,it is feasible to carry out project schedule management in the field of wind power generation construction,from the macroscopic aspects of geographical location,wind resources,geological and geomorphic,as well as project tasks and scale,project material allocation and project schedule.Although there are some problems in the project,such as lack of prior control,staff lacking professional accomplishment,and poor feasibility of the project schedule,these soft constraints can be overcome and the current project schedule management should be optimized as soon as possible.Thirdly,it provides the basis for project schedule management in theory,and puts forward the method of combining Gantt chart and network planning technology to refine WBS and draw the network plan,then find out the critical path and establish a method to optimize and control the project progress.At the same time,the risk and corrective measures in this mode are discussed.Finally,the dissertation puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the three phases before and after the construction and seven aspects to ensure that the wind power generation construction project can be carried out smoothly and the actual implementation process can be implied continuously.
