Study On Risk Management Of Landscape Engineering Project Of Nanning Airport Expressway Extension Line

With the continuous expansion of city scale,the development and improvement of people's living standard,the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment gradually,people's attention and the landscaping requirements are also increasing,landscape appearance and practicality of the urgent need to improve.This paper takes Nanning City Airport Highway Road extension line landscape engineering project as the research object,make full use of the theory of risk management of project management system,in-depth research and analysis of the potential risks facing the landscape project in the construction and operation process.The research shows that the economic risk,social risk,management risk,market risk and technology risk is the main risk facing the landfill project category,at the same time,through the risk assessment,to further identify the lack of financing capacity risk,debt risk,policy risk,decision-making risk and change government credit risk as the risk factors the potential of the project.In view of the potential risk factors,this paper puts forward the risk control measures of scientific and rational and feasible.This paper stands in the angle of enterprise project risk management research,through to the Nanning airport expressway extension line landscape engineering project,the objective is to awareness of risk prevention and risk control measures in construction projects throughout all sectors,promote the project construction and operation target to achieve the theoretical guidance.At the same time,the research results of the theory,to enlighten the future research direction of the same type of domestic projects,and to provide practical experience and reference for the construction and operation of the same type of landscape project.Through the project management related theoretical knowledge learning,combined with the actual work case,the project risk management research and analysis,in order to explore the full range of landscaping works,the whole cycle of risk management system.
