Study On The Pat Scheme Of Quannan Expressway Improvement And Extension Project From Liuzhou To Nanning

With China’s rapid economic development,traffic volume of the highway is increasing year by year, a lot of highway built in the initial stage of rapid development of highway traffic capacity occurs capacity is insufficient, roads badly damaged phenomenon,and all of this have become an important cause of traffic congestion. These problems of highway have been unable to meet the requirements of normal traffic, and they need to be widen. Pat design of this paper is the core content of Highway rebuilding project, taking this Quannan Expresswany from Liuzhou to Nanning section of high-speed conversion based on studied Highway Pat program.Firstly, we analyz the status of regional road network, project path of road network conditions(environment) and traffic conditions(including traffic flow, such as vehicles, vehicle speed), the main by pass road for the extension period of the item to select it. According to the evaluation principles and methods in determining insurance link programme evaluation factors and the methods of evaluation on the basis of the constructed Highway Pat programmes evaluation system, different access to the proposed programme was evaluated.
