Research On Risk Management Of Project Construction In Nanning Jiangnan Park

Nanning is an important hub of China’s southwest sea channel city,is China’s Southern China,southwest and Southeast Asian economic circle is an important center of the city,is a two-way communication between China and ASEAN in the forefront of the city.The level of economic development in Nanning is faster,industrial investment and production increased rapidly,steadily expand the scale of investment in fixed assets,has developed third industry,has a good economic development trend,lay a good economic foundation for the construction of top-mountain project.This paper takes Nanning City Ding Shi Mountain Park project as the research object.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduced the project research content,research background,research significance and the domestic advanced experience,so that readers have a preliminary understanding of the top-Mountain Park project.The second chapter,through the introduction of the top-mountain park construction scale of the project,the overall layout and organization,so that readers have a deeper understanding of the project.The third chapter carried out analysis on the top of Mountain Park,itemized project risk,the main existence of "social stability risk","construction management risk" and "environmental impact risk" of these three types of risk.In the fourth chapter,we first use the management method to evaluate the risk,then put forward the countermeasures against the three risks of "public opinion attitude","project construction safety"and "construction waste disposal".The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
