Over the past decade,using of large number of non-linear loads(such as power electronics,the large capacity electric equipment)make the harmonic pollution in line serious.After the capacitive compensation device was into the power system of emotional environment,in the case of harmonic pollution of the system,in a certain range,under certain conditions,will form a parallel resonant(i.e.hannonic sources,systems,and compensation device are equivalent parallel)and a series resonant(i.e.harmonic source,system load and compensation device are equivalent series).Because of the influence of the resonance,the harmonic of the system is amplified seriously,affects the normal use of the power supply equipment,and endangers the safety of the equipment.The capacitor of compensation device damages firstly,a lot of capacitance compensation devices don't work in a harmonic environment,damage frequently,can't use,and are caused by the above reasons.A lot of application examples illustrate this problem.The purpose of this study is through the design of static var compensator(SVC)solve the problem of wire rod production workshop.For example,high voltage power network stability,the low power factor and high harmonic problems.In this thesis,according to the overall plan and actual situation of first wire factory of Shougang,decide FC + TCR type SVC integrated automation system applied in the power supply system.This thesis design and develop hardware,software and function of the SVC system requirements,put forward design scheme according to the actual circumstance of wire factory equipment.Upper machine background monitoring has an important role in the SVC integrated automation system.This paper analyzes hardware configuration of the background position monitoring system,consisting of the software system,using a hierarchical,modular structure to design program.Data processing is an important part of SVC integrated automation system.Through systematic study of the data,this thesis presented treatment program for achieving engineering.According to the above general design ideas,through the construction step by step,finally complete the SVC Integrated automation system.Run practices show that system overall performance meet the design requirements,greatly enhance the management of enterprise automation,and have good results in economy,security,reliability.
