With the sustaining development of China social economy, industrialize degreement is continuously improving and the demand of electric power is increased. At present, electric power is the mainly secondary energy in China. Under the background of energy shortage, improving the quality of utilizing electric power is an effective path to save energy. With extensively application of nonlinear appliances in electric power system(such as intermediate frequency furnace, electric arc furnace, electrolytic furnace, rectifier, frequency converter and switch power supply,etc.), especially the electronics and electric devices, harmonic pollution in electric power system is more and more serious. Due to it, delivering efficiency of State Grid, power consumption efficiency and the quality of electric energy all experience a rigorous test. Due to the low power factor of equipments and great demand of reactive power, these factor also bring some additional burden to the grid, and influence the electric energy quality.Based on above reasons, along with the development of electric and electronics technical, reactive compensation technique acquired great development, and be extensively used in harmonic impedance of power transmission system and segmented compensation of long distance transmission, also in great quantities used for loading reactive compensation.What this topic research is the shortage of traditional reactive compensation products in the technique and carries out means, make great use of new achievement of examination technique, control technique, semi-conductor electric power parts, numerical signal processing technique etc.and make an improvement to the traditional product,and on this foundation finally designed a style of new reactive compensation system which have equipments maintenance and management function.The system adopts the TMS320F2811of TI company as the core of controller, and use the Phase-locked frequency multiplication hardware synchronously and fastly Fourier transformation, and give a real-time monitoring to three-phase voltage, electric current, active power,reactive power, power factor, harmonic voltage and harmonic current. The device is TSC+TCR SVC compensation device, and matched with filter TSF, it make the adjustment continually, and availably filter wave, raised the quality of equipment. Refer to the controling strategy, the controller has been postponed empress up the electricity and then begin to work, examine system three mutually electric voltage, three mutually electric current. According to the electric voltage value, electric current value and their phase difference, calculate and get the system reactive power. Then according to the result of system reactive power ascertain the capacitor switching. Compared with traditional reactive dynamic compensating device which take SCM as controller, it has high-speed instruction and is more suitable for processing multidata and complex calculation system. This kind of low voltage reactive dynamic compensating device can meet the reqirement of real-time and precision.The topic is divided into the SVC system theory treatise based on the DSP; The hardware system designs;The system mainly detection algorithm design; System adjusting, revise, monitor and analysis etc.
