Railway plays an important role in the comprehensive transportation system.With the vigorous development of the railway industry,the high-speed railway and freight dedicated lines have been continuously built,and the capacity pressure faced by the railway has been greatly relieved.Under the socialist market economy,the change of industrial structure,the fierce competition among various transportation modes,the growth of demand for white goods,and the high-quality and timeliness requirements of customers all make railway transportation face the choice of reforming transportation organization methods.Therefore,under the new transportation situation,it is urgent to innovate the transportation mode and optimize the transportation organization technology.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the current circumstances of freight transportation and the characteristics of organizational and planning transportation modes respectively.Then in order to meet the dynamic freight market demand,a dynamic planning freight transportation mode with dynamic transportation plans and market-oriented principle as the organization core is put forward.Compared with the existing transportation modes,this paper deeply studies its connotation and organization methods,which provides ideas for the innovation of railway transportation organization.Then,on the basis of train formation plan and passenger train operation plan,the concept of freight train operation plan is put forward from the perspectives of necessity and feasibility.Its connotation,influencing factors,main contents and preparation process are deeply analyzed.And the dynamic wagon flow calculation and empty train distribution are further studied.This paper puts forward the wagon flow calculation methods and models of loaded car and empty car flow.At the same time,after analyzing the basic theory of empty car distribution and the cooperative relationship between empty and loaded car,it is proposed to introduce the empty car distribution problem into the operation plan to realize the dynamic organization of the both.Then,a space-time network optimization model of freight train operation plan considering empty car distribution is proposed by using the dynamic wagon flow organization methods.It is constructed with the objective of minimizing the generalized total cost of traffic flow organization,splitting nodes and adding connecting arcs.A combined optimization method of A* and simulated annealing algorithm and a simple road network is constructed to solve the operation plans.This paper mainly focuses on the innovation of freight transportation mode and the compilation technology of dynamic freight train operation plan,which can provide some reference ideas for the development of railway freight transportation in the future.
