| With great competition of global industry business,the manufacturing of our country faces serious challenge.Now the most compelling mission is:The advanced mold technology which deciding the machining accuracy of artifacts is grasped by foreign countries.It is important how to assimilate and absorb,develop core technology of company and build development platform which has proprietary intellectual property rights and more market competition.It is significant that realizes independent innovation and development,quickly get out of the situation that our manufacturing is under the control of foreign company and is short of innovation capability.By using the advanced technology Reverse Engineering,we are able to quickly get the data model of the research object and greatly reduce the time required for enterprises to develop new products,so that the efficiency of production and research can be improved.This advanced technology has become an important technical means to digest the advanced technology of China and overseas.Reverse Engineering application prospect is very broad,which has aroused people’s more and more attention,especially its application in the development of new products.Reverse Engineering process mainly includes the surface digitization of research object,the pretreatment of the point cloud data,the further segmentation of point cloud,the surface reconstruction and so on.Based on Reverse Engineering,this paper does some further research on the surface reconstruction and quality inspection of complicated injection parts with the aid of ICT.This paper makes a summary on the Reverse Engineering from concept,application and research status,and also analyses the principle of commonly used data acquisition methods such as triangle method,structured light method,industrial CT,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of contact measurement and non-contact measurement are analyzed and the principle of surface reconstruction are also studied.This paper adopts the multi-function industrial CT equipment METROTOM 1500 into the measurement of complicated injection parts on steering wheel.Then import these 3D and 2D data into VG Studio Max software to reconstruct the surface.Finally,we get the complicated surface reconstruction model of injection molded parts.The high quality product model that obtained through this method lays a good foundation for redesign,such as product molding simulation and numerical simulation.This paper also analyses the functions and features of the precision test software Geomagic Qualify.By using this software,the 3D comparison,2D comparison and thickness detection are tested,and the testing results are also analyzed.Analysis shows that the size precision of the injection parts is good and completely meets the requirements. |
