In recent years,great progress has been made in communication technology,and the electric power system is also constantly reforming,the state has put forward higher requirements for the construction of the power grid.They are studying the new type of electric power network technology at home and abroad,in order to build more conducive to the development of the global smart grid.Remote meter reading technology as an important part of smart grid has made great development.However,the traditional manual meter reading method can not meet the needs of the development of power system for its low efficiency,complex environment,high cost and so on.Remote meter reading technology has the advantages of high reading rate and low error rate,gradually become the focus of research.In this paper,a remote meter reading system based on DLMS/COSEM protocol is put forward through the research of remote meter reading technology and relevant agreement in smart grid.The thesis takes the communication protocol used in remote meter reading system as the research point,combining communication technology based on remote meter reading system to analyze the DL/T645 and Q/GDW1376.1protocols which are widely used in China.This thesis summarizes the problems of traditional communication protocols such as poor expansibility and flexibility,low collection efficiency,poor interoperability and so on in actually.It introduces the characteristics of object oriented DLMS/COSEM protocol,and designs a remote meter reading system based on the protocol.In this system,the DLMS/COSEM communication protocol is adopted in the downstream and upstream communication networks.The hardware design of the concentrator is based on 32 bit high performance STM32 microcontroller,and the peripheral includes GPRS,RS485,FLASH memory,LCD display and other hardware modules.In the software design of the concentrator,it transplants the kernel andthe corresponding driver of the embedded C/OS-II system,constructs the COSEM object model of the concentrator,designs software programs of the concentrator in a multi task environment,also designs the downlink communication task and uplink communication task.Finally,the basic functions of the concentrator and the consistency of the DLMS/COSEM protocol are tested in this thesis,the test result shows that the concentrator is qualified and conforms to the IEC62056 standard,which can meet the requirement of remote centralized meter reading system based on DLMS/COSEM protocol.
