Complex products are mechanical,hydraulic,electronic,control and other multi-disciplinary integration system.Complex products usually contain multiple subsystems,composed of a large number of complex parts.The use of digital prototyping operation simulation technology can visually show the process of complex products to verify the correctness of product design.At present,the operation simulation system can not integrate multidisciplinary simulation information.Due to the complexity of the complex product,the fluency of the operation process simulation can not be guaranteed.In this paper,the use of the extended scene graph technique can realize the integration of multi-level geometric model and multidisciplinary simulation information of operation simulation.The main contents of this paper include:The first chapter introduces the key technology of process simulation of complex products,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and expounds the research content and organizational structure of this paper.The second chapter puts forward the construction method of multidisciplinary integrated extended scene graph of complex product.Firstly,the shortcomings of traditional scene graphs in multidisciplinary operation simulation are analyzed,and the multidisciplinary digital prototyping nodes in the scene are expanded.Then,the extended multi-level geometric nodes and multidisciplinary behavior nodes are given a formal description.Finally,The extended scene graph of operation simulation is constructed,which integrates the multidisciplinary simulation model of complex products and lays the foundation for the realization of multidisciplinary integration operation simulation.The third chapter presents a multi-level simplification method for assembly based on geometric nodes.Firstly,based on feature recognition,the fillet transition characteristics of the solid model of the assembly are flattened,and the characteristics of the fitting hole and the small hole are simplified.Then,the solid model is meshed and the lattice polygons are modeled by Gaussian mapping.Class segmentation,through the multi-view rendering to identify the internal hidden parts and dough;Finally,Through the multi-level detail grid of the assembly model,the multi-level model of the assembly is obtained.The fourth chapter presents a multi-disciplinary behavior node analysis method based on CAE data.The integration of multidisciplinary CAE analysis data is completed by extending the multidisciplinary simulation behavior node in the scene graph.The synchronization of the motion,cloud drawing,streamline drawing and curve drawing simulation in the process flow simulation is realized by node updating traversal.And finally to achieve a complex product multi-disciplinary integration of the operational process simulation.The fifth chapter develops the simulation system of industrial steam turbine operation process,introduces the architecture of the system and the simulation process,and realizes the multidisciplinary integration operation simulation under the multi-operation condition of the steam turbine.The sixth chapter summarizes the main research work and innovation achievements of the paper,and prospects the future research work.
