The safety of the vehicle includes the three parts of the man-machine-environment,and the passive safety of the vehicle is used to study the relationship between the occupant and the vehicle's internal environment after the collision.Passive safety protection technology and measures are the last means to protect the occupants from harm during the accident. Therefore,it is great significance to improve the level of passive safety protection of the internal structure of the vehicle.Based on the hybird ? 50%type frontal collision dummy, this paper discusses the relationship between energy and harm in the vehicle collision, and first puts forward the passive safety energy distribution guidance theory of the energy-based occupant. The high-speed train seat is Simulation scene, the establishment of the train interior seat environment simulation model to verify the feasibility of energy distribution guidance theory, and through the energy distribution guidance theory to improve the highway second seat passive safety and come up with design recommendations.Mainly to complete the following work:1.review the passive safety development and standard regulations of the domestic and international.combined with the existing damage criteria standards and the characteristics of occupant harm in the train collision accident, analysis of vehicle collision energy between in the body-internal structure-the human body and dissipation.Use energy as a parameter to establish a method to evaluate human injury, analysis the relationship between the passengers in the second collision energy and the injury.2.analyze and demarcate the flexible sitting dummy, use existing high-speed train passenger compartment internal structure to establish a model to meet the vehicle collision analysis requirements.Including the material of the seat, the connection way,the load and the constraint condition,to establish the collision simulation model which characterization the energy flow and distribution, and realize the simulation of the collision process under the test load condition.3.from the existing damage assessment standards and energy assessment standards to analyze human injury in the high-speed train seat under local collision conditions,by analyzing the relationship between the two and the difference in the injury criteria to discuss the feasibility of the energy damage assessment standard, and establish the energy allocation and management methods in vehicle collision.Increase the energy absorption of non-injury or non-fatal parts of the occupants, reduce the energy absorption of key parts and improve the survivability of occupants.4.the use of Energy Distribution Guidance Theory to analyze the human's injury. To put forward improvement program about the structure of high-speed train second seat, first by increasing the seat back spring severity, the overall reduction of the energy absorption of the occupant, followed by the use of table to reduce the energy distribution of the injury and fatal parts of the occupants, and reduce the collision total energy of the head,Combined with two ways to achieve to design for the seat.
