| Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is receiving more and more attention due to its high-energy conversion rate,high mobility,low temperature,low noise,maintenance friendly,widely dispersed and so on.Now it has become the key point of the fuel cell research.PEMFC monitor and control system aim to observe and control the running state of fuel cell,ensure fuel cell working safely and efficiently.This paper design 1000W air cooling PEMFC monitor and control platform based on Lab VIEW.Firstly,design the overall structure of PEMFC and analyze the impact on the subsystem in PEMFC based on presenting the operating principle of PEMFC.Then set up PEMFC stack voltage model based on semi-empirical formula.This model can be adjust the parameters and enhance the output performance on the operational process of PEMFC.Secondly,a comprehensive dynamic model of gas supply system for PEMFC is established.And the models of compressor,gas channel in cathode and anode,supply manifold and return manifold,cooler and humidifier are described.Meanwhile, combining with stack voltage model gets Simulink model of gas supply system.Then set up the model of compressor by stabilization graph and rotational inertia dynamic modeling.And using the mechanism modeling establish the models of gas channel in cathode and anode.Next,design the hardware of PEMFC monitor and control system to collect data(fuel cell temperature,output voltage,output current,etc.)and control actuator based on the core chip ATMEGA128.Particularly,design the circuits of system power supply,data collection and drive module.In the system,utilize temperature sensor PT1000 to read fuel cell temperature and send data to the chip through differential amplification and A/D circuit.The actuator including the cooling fan and the solenoid valve of hydrogen.Then utilize cooling fan which adopts PWM control to adjust fuel cell temperature.Finally,according to the requirements of the system,design a monitoring software of PEMFC monitor and control system to meet the operating requirements of the system based on LabVIEW.And the system has a friendly human-machine interface.The upper system read,analyze and process the data which is collected from the nether system.And the upper system set the input parameters and display the output parameters.In addition,the general framework of the upper system including the modules of user management,real-time monitoring,analogue simulation and interface management.This paper introduces the technique of the mix-programming methods of LabVIEW and MATLAB/Simulink by applicating SIT and to accomplish the research of the mixed simulation of the upper system. |
